A Tampa Bay CPA Firm located in Clearwater is seeking a Receptionist | Administrative Assistant to assist in their busy office. They were founded in 1946 and have provided the community with comprehensive and strategic family wide and closely held business tax planning. They strive to maximize the income and preserve the wealth of both the current and future generations.

The Administrative Assistant will be assisting the firm with all office support.
Duties:
Answering phones
Transferring calls to the appropriate team member and/ or take a message
Scanning and filing as needed
Supporting the office staff and CPA's in the firm
Event Planning
Calendaring
Ordering office supplies
Planning annual events and community service events
Scheduling zoom meetings
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a CPA firm or Law firm is a plus
Must be organized and detail oriented
Must be capable of multi-tasking in a busy office
Must be able to take direction easily
Must be proficient in MS Outlook and Excel
Must be able to work from multiple monitors
Pay: $20-$23/ Hour
Hours: 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday
