Must Haves: • 5-10 years of experience with end user device support • Previous experience working in a plant or warehouse environment • Hands on experience with troubleshooting Networking equipment/network fiber issues, server rooms, Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Apple Mac & IOS • ServiceNow ticketing system experience • Experience with the in tune imaging process • Has a strong background working and understanding Zebra, Rico Printers, Thermal Printers, Label, and SAP printers • Strong understanding of network infrastructure, mobile device support, video conferencing support, and application support
Day to Day
Our client is looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to support their Rockland Maine site. This person will be desktop support for the entire plant including scientists and chemists and needs to have experience with Thermal, Zebra, and SAP printing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working alone in a plant environment.
