This company, along with its sister firm, has quickly established itself as a leader in forensic investigations, parking structures, and façade restoration. Over the past three years, they've grown from a small team of five to 20 skilled professionals, fueled by demand for compliance-driven work such as Local Law 11 and 126.
Located in Midtown Manhattan, their recently expanded office embodies their ambitious vision, offering an ideal space for collaboration and innovation. Here, senior project managers take ownership of large portfolios-often encompassing 30 buildings with a single client-rather than being confined to isolated projects. You'll work closely with industry leaders and seasoned experts in a culture that prioritizes independence, responsibility, and professional growth. With strong connections to leading industry firms and contractors, this is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic and highly specialized team.
