Position Summary: The IT Technical Product Manager - Disaster Recovery is responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for global Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery projects. This role collaborates with architects, engineering teams, and stakeholders to address technical debt, drive innovation, and ensure successful delivery of complex projects. The manager oversees project scope, schedule, budget, and resources, while refining product plans based on customer feedback. Strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels are essential.
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years managing global Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery projects
Strong technical background and ability to work with engineering teams
Experience with Agile methodologies
Proven ability to deliver high-quality, resilient solutions
Experience managing budgets and cross-functional collaboration
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to resolve high-impact issues and risks
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
Product Manager (PMC) or Project Management (PMP) certification preferred
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Scrum Master (CSM) recommended
