ROLE
We are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER to join our team. This person will lead custom research and consulting projects from start to finish. This is a client-facing role that requires data visualization and storytelling skills. Envirosell Project Managers apply both creativity and analytical thinking to help brands design better experiences. You will work with clients across a variety of industries and global settings, working with decision makers from executive leadership to design and marketing teams. Ideal candidates are organized, adaptable, curious, and thoughtful.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead custom research and consulting projects
Account management: primary client contact
Managing project timelines and research logistics
Design research materials, including: closed-ended surveys, open-ended discussion guides, observational tools, etc.
Communicate with and manage vendors
Interpret quantitative and qualitative data
Create clear and concise reports
Present project findings to clients
Travel to project sites and client meetings as needed
Manage Research Associate workflow
Monitor project budgets and manage costs
Assist in designing research approaches for new projects
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
3+ years experience in an insights/strategy role (supplier or brand)
Bachelor's and/or Masters degree in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Marketing, Market Research, Design Research/Design Thinking, Urban Studies or other related field preferred
Experience interpreting quantitative and qualitative data to develop insights
Demonstrated skills in data visualization and reporting; please be prepared to share work samples on request
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
Experience with human-centered design research, observational research or UX analysis a plus
Experience with design software a plus (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
COMPENSATION
Salary Range: $95K-$150K (Typical start range $95K-$120K)
401K: 3% match, Immediately Vested
