Executive Assistant to CEO, Luxury Home Renovation Company, Upper West Side, New York City
Our client, a luxury home renovation design company is looking for a "right hand" Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The ideal candidate has experience in the luxury HNW world supporting a high-level executive or has experience supporting someone in design, architecture or real estate construction. The ideal candidate must be very detail-oriented and a problem- solver who likes to run projects and handle follow-up with little intervention.
About the Job:
Support the CEO as a "right hand", including managing his calendar, personal and professional
Prioritize emails and craft responses on his behalf, as needed.The CEO also likes to have the most important information, emails and attachments printed out
Some executive support for a key member of executive team, as needed
Organize and manage travel arrangements with detailed itineraries
Interact with executive team on behalf of the CEO
Prepare CEO for internal and client meetings including research and needed collateral materials
Plan events and dinners
Expense reporting
Ad hoc projects pertaining mostly to renovation projects
Off hour availability via cell within reason
Salary plus Discretionary Bonus; Comprehensive Health Benefits
About You:
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a high- level c-suite executive, preferably in design, architecture or real estate construction
Bachelor's Degree
Ability to run and follow-up on outstanding renovation projects; experience working with project management software a PLUS
High level of integrity and discretion in handling all confidential information; high emotional and intellectual intelligence
