Position Entails: Implementation of a new contact center team and associated technology across multiple physician practices. This position will support the Contact Center leadership with developing and executing projects plans which include but are not limited to: business requirements, process mapping, testing, rollout planning and communication. This position will be responsible for coordinating activities between business units, physician practices, technical PMs and development teams.
Special Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Healthcare, hospital system, revenue cycle operations or contact center operations experience a plus.
Knowledge of Agile and traditional project methodologies.
