Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to lead and manage high-profile electrical projects in the Virginia and North Carolina area. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet all specifications, codes, and safety standards.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement project plans and schedules.
Lead a team of electricians and subcontractors, ensuring top-notch workmanship and adherence to timelines.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project milestones.
Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Electrical Project Leader or similar role in large-scale construction projects.
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., Professional Engineer, PMP, OSHA certification) are a plus.
Desired Skills and Experience - 10 years' experience in electrical construction
- 10+ years of handling large scale projects (50 million dollars or more)
- Must live within or be willing to travel in the DMV
