Previous experience leading Facility Improvements and Capital Planning in Factory Environment
Assures safety implementation on projects plan
Leads meetings, workshops and any other type of tools for understanding business needs from all stakeholders involved
Lead development of SOW for every Subproject identified and discussed with client's Team
Defines technical and resources requirements for implementation
Prepares Capex project proposals including goals, technical scope, time frame, budget, project team, regulatory permits and endorsements, general contract management, preliminary risk assessment, start up and commissioning requirements.
Prepare and maintain master project plan with User Requirement Specifications based on inputs from Site teams
Develop RFP scopes and deliverables for LTTS onshore/offshore resource and project proposal estimates
LTTS project activity planning and management, risk management, documentation requirements
Additional requirements
Liaison with Site and Global Leadership Team assuring all project metrics are aligned with client needs - (KPIs, such as cost savings, equipment efficiency, operational expenditure, Capital-related expenses, Sustainability, business strategy)
Develop Risk assessment and keep actions tracking
Elaborate Preliminary plan for execution of projects and scope of work delivery.
Task/resource planning and management

Senior Project Manager (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial or similar): Skill set requirement as below:
Capex management in industrial setting
GMP and manufacturing quality standards
Medium to High Design skills (Lay Outs, Process flow diagrams, manufacturing process/filling/packing equipment)
Project Management methodology
Experience with process, filling and packing equipment
Understand compliance requirements for applicable codes and standards
Coordination with vendors & engineering consultants
High level of Leadership and autonomy

Qualification:
Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Industrial or similar)
