This role is based in NYC, and allows hybrid work.
We're on a mission to empower companies to thrive and employees to love their work lives. Codi is revolutionizing real-estate through its innovative office-as-a-service platform.
Within weeks (not months), companies have access to turnkey offices - with office setup and management services set on auto-pilot. We're simply the fastest and easiest office partner.
We're backed by Andreessen Horowitz and need someone who loves a fast-paced startup, gets enthused about technology, and daydreams about seamless product experiences.
We anticipate amazing things for you in this role! This is a rare opportunity to enter a transformative tech company at the ground level and become an instrumental part of its growth. You'll join an A-level team of professionals from leading companies, such as Lyft, WeWork, and many more.
Who Are You?
You're a dynamic self-starter with early-stage startup experience and a passion for solving problems. Your career has been shaped by these environments, giving you a unique perspective on rapid growth and complex ecosystems.
You're driven by curiosity and data. You don't just identify problems; you dig deep to understand their root causes. Your analytical mind thrives on asking "why" and "how," using every available data point to uncover meaningful insights.
Execution is your superpower. You're known for your ability to get things done faster and better than anyone else. No task is too big or small - if you don't know how to do something, you'll figure it out. In our fast-paced environment, you'll feel right at home.
Problem-solving is in your DNA, especially when it comes to supporting customers through challenging situations. You approach each issue with a sense of urgency and a commitment to finding effective solutions.
Impact is your north star. Every day is an opportunity to deliver meaningful value to our vendors. You set clear goals, execute swiftly, and iterate meticulously. You thrive on seeing your success metrics climb!
Solving real-world challenges through digital innovation energizes you. You excel at bridging physical and digital domains, creating solutions that are both pragmatic and transformative.
For you, life is an adventure. There's a blurred line between work and play. We know that sometimes the best work isn't restricted to 9-5. You just go with the flow, you're flexible, and enjoy the ride. ???????
Unfortunately...
We will *not* be a good fit for you if politics and drama entertain you. You enjoy the structured corporate world. You'd rather avoid human interactions. You're not especially creative or innovative.
