Work Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid Role, 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Job Responsibilities:
* Design and execute a variety of qualitative and quantitative research studies (e.g. user interviews, usability testing, contextual inquiries, surveys, etc.) to uncover user insights
* Analyze research data to uncover high-impact insights, identify trends and patterns, and synthesize findings into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations
* Partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams to align on research goals, inform key decisions, and ensure a customer-centric approach
* Communicate research findings and implications to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way, tailoring the message to the audience
* Stay informed on industry trends and emerging research methods, and implement innovative approaches as appropriate
* Contribute to the strategic planning of the UX research roadmap and help evolve research practices to meet changing business and user needs
* Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience conducting user research in a product-focused environment
* Expertise in a range of user research methodologies and the ability to select the right methods for the research objectives
* Demonstrated track record of translating research insights into impactful product and design decisions
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to uncover meaningful insights from complex data
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present research findings clearly and compellingly
* Passion for staying up to date on the latest UX research trends and best practices
