This is a full time position with a strong focus on customer service. Come join our crew at 2720 Tobey Drive and receive a wage of $16-$17/hour. All positions have the potential for permanent hire and must be located within 1 hour of the jobsite.

Job Responsibilities
Demonstrate basic knowledge of product and product features for assigned brand
Demonstrate basic knowledge of internal processes and system tools
Manage customer service interactions by providing accurate and efficient resolution to incoming requests via phone, email, and/or the client's online portal
Meet all service level agreements as assigned
Utilize and manage appropriate ERP business systems
6+ months of customer service
Experience in a fast paced, collaborative, team environment
MS Outlook & Excel experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
PO Management experience preferred but not required
Associate Requirements
HS Diploma or GED
Background Check
Drug Test
Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $16.00 - $17.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
