UACL Logistics, LLC provides Flatbed, Van, Over Dimensional, Oilfield, Reefer and Logistics Services throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico. As one of the strongest truckload carriers in the nation UACL Logistics, LLC has the ability to provide transportation services for our customers, agents and owner operators. Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements: • One year experience in a related office setting. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with Microsoft Office; MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint • Excellent customer service skills and assertive, dependable personality • Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, management, and agents. • Ability to independently solve problems and see them through to resolution.
Responsibilities will include: • Apply customer payments to invoices • Work with the AR team to resolve unapplied cash • Reconcile monthly bank log • Process credit card payments • Scanning documents
