Shape Technology Vision: Collaborate with CNE and CNIO to define and communicate the technology vision, aligning current and future initiatives.
Resource Coordination: Mobilize internal and external resources to ensure the successful execution and continuous optimization of technology projects.
Promote Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of practice improvement and learning by leveraging informatics to enhance workflows and outcomes.
Optimize Clinical Informatics: Oversee the development and enhancement of the clinician and nurse experience within clinical informatics.
Cross-Level Collaboration: Partner with leaders across corporate, division, and facility levels to implement strategies and initiatives.
Drive Change: Act as a change agent, ensuring technology adoption and maximizing benefits for hospital leaders and clinicians.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure systems comply with federal and state regulations, aligning processes with current standards.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-functioning team, collaborating with ITG, vendors, and stakeholders to optimize the care team and patient experience.
Evaluate and Scale Initiatives: Implement analytic approaches to evaluate initiatives, and develop scalable tools and training to support enterprise-wide needs.
Education & Experience:
Education: Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
Clinical Experience: At least 5 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
Clinical/Nursing Informatics: Minimum of 7 years of experience in Clinical/Nursing Informatics, with a strong background in using healthcare technology.
