About the Role:
We are seeking a Corporate Community Association Manager (CAM) to lead and oversee the operations of multiple condominium/resort properties. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide strategic guidance, operational leadership, and expert management across high-end condominium associations. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with a proven track record in multi-property management, a detail-oriented mindset, and exceptional leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational oversight and leadership for multiple condominium associations, ensuring compliance with all governing documents and state regulations.
Act as the main liaison between board members, property staff, owners, and external vendors to drive operational excellence.
Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial reports, and monthly statements, ensuring accuracy and fiscal responsibility.
Oversee maintenance, vendor relationships, and project coordination to ensure a seamless property experience.
Facilitate owner and board communication, including preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.
Manage rental management agreements, property walkthroughs, and ensure compliance with established guidelines.
Foster a professional and service-oriented environment, addressing resident and board concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Ensure timely collection of assessments and oversee delinquent accounts in collaboration with legal counsel.
What We're Looking For:
A licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) in the state of Florida.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in condominium or resort property management.
Strong financial acumen and proficiency with property management software (e.g., TOPS, Springer Miller).
Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
A strategic problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-property environment.
Bachelor's degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
