Primary Services is seeking a Business Account Operator to support a leading organization in the energy industry. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for commercial customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency. This position offers a unique opportunity to interact with a wide range of stakeholders, leverage advanced systems, and ensure customer satisfaction while contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Promote the company and its products and services to customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve billing issues, and provide solutions for account-related concerns.
  • Negotiate payment options and assist customers with accessing company offerings.
  • Utilize computer systems, software, and phone equipment effectively to manage customer interactions.
  • Identify and implement process or system enhancements to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Manage escalated customer situations with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
  • Conduct outbound calls as required to support customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of customer interactions.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required for bilingual positions.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain a calm, professional tone in challenging situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening.
  • Proficiency in basic PC operations and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic math and analytical skills to resolve billing-related inquiries.
  • Ability to work on a computer and utilize telephone systems as required.
