Job Description:

The Vice President (VP) of Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive national Talent Acquisition Strategy for Sonrava Health, which employs more than 6,000 people nationwide. This key role leads a centralized talent acquisition function, with a national in-house team, and oversees the applicant tracking system. The VP also manages vendor relationships with external recruitment agencies and implements strategies and policies to optimize the efficiency of these partnerships.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy and Operations: Organize and lead the Talent Acquisition (TA) function to ensure its efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with the organization's culture and needs. Oversee the execution of the TA strategy to drive organizational growth.

  • Team Leadership: Lead high-performing recruiting teams across 500+ offices nationwide, ensuring seamless recruitment operations and team collaboration.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to deeply understand business needs, enabling the development of tailored talent acquisition strategies that support scaling across all business units.

  • Talent Support: Proactively assist leaders across the organization in meeting their talent needs, vision, and business goals, ensuring the right talent is in place to drive success.

  • Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: Own and manage the complete Talent Acquisition lifecycle, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality recruitment processes.

  • Design and Implementation of Talent Strategies: Lead the creation and execution of talent strategies to meet current and future business demands. Focus on innovative solutions that align with Sonrava Health's evolving business needs.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Total Rewards, Engagement, and Learning & Development teams to attract, motivate, and retain top talent, ensuring organizational growth and success.

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of TA services.

  • Strategic Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to organizational leaders, guiding the development and deployment of diverse talent acquisition strategies. Provide expert counsel to align TA efforts with broader business goals.

  • Creative Sourcing: Innovate and think creatively to attract and engage talent through unconventional and proactive sourcing strategies.

  • Senior Leadership Engagement: Personally engage with senior executive-level candidates, ensuring the recruitment of high-caliber talent who will shape Sonrava Health's future.

Professional Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including at least 5 years with national scope.
  • Multi-site Healthcare experience required.
  • Proven track record of leading national recruitment efforts and managing multiple, high-volume hiring campaigns.
  • Experience driving both volume hiring and niche executive searches.
  • A strategic and influential leader with the ability to craft and implement long-term sourcing strategies that align with organizational needs.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performance teams.
  • Extensive experience working with cross-functional leaders to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives.
  • Strong background in analyzing business data and using insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to shifting priorities, and consistently drive results in fast-paced environments.
  • Data-driven with the ability to identify trends and adjust strategies for improved recruitment outcomes.
  • Ability to build immediate credibility with the ELT and become a trusted advisor on talent acquisition matters.
  • Skilled in defining and advancing talent agendas at the senior leadership level.
  • Creative problem-solver with a passion for adapting to dynamic markets and solving complex recruitment challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.

Educational Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree is required.
