Investor Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary liaison for existing and prospective investors, ensuring transparent, timely, and strategic communication.
Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier VCs, family offices, corporate investors, and other key funding sources worldwide.
Compelling Storytelling & Positioning:
Articulate a clear, persuasive, and forward-looking narrative that differentiates our technology, market approach, and vision for the future of AI-generated video.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Business Development teams to incorporate market insights, use cases, and growth metrics into investor-facing materials.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
Track and interpret market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging investment themes within the AI and media tech ecosystems.
Advise senior leadership on strategic positioning, capital structure, and growth opportunities based on investor feedback and market dynamics.
Financial Communications & Reporting:
Prepare and deliver regular investor updates, financial reports, and board materials.
Ensure all investor communications meet compliance standards, maintain a high level of quality, and reflect brand and messaging consistency.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in investor relations, venture capital, private equity, or corporate development, ideally with significant exposure to Tier-1 VC firms.
