Patent Agent - Organic Chemistry - San Francisco, Silicon Valley + nationwide locations
Our client is an Am law 50 firm, seeking a Patent Agent for its dynamic Life Science Patent Prosecution team. While this position is open in San Francisco and Silicon Valley, the firm will also consider other nationwide offices for the right candidate. The salary range for this position is between $125k to $250k.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a Patent Agent focused on patent preparation and prosecution related to small molecule pharmaceuticals, including ADCs, Car-T, and other cell therapies.
Advanced degree [either an M.S. or Ph.D.] in in Organic Chemistry is required.
Admission to practice before the USPTO is required.
Excellent academic credentials.
Strong writing and verbal communication skills; team focused.
