This role focuses on managing and maintaining our ultimate client recon list, working directly with the program team to ensure that we are only repapering clients that need to be repapered using data insights. Additionally, you will manage daily reporting to help us run the business efficiently.
***Must have strong Excel Skills (Advanced formulas) and Alteryx experience.
Tableau experience is desired.
Day to day: • Owning the research, creation, validation, and analysis of data to maintain the client recon list • Managing and producing daily reports to support efficient business operations • Leverage critical thinking skills to customize, streamline, and solution data needs • Managing internal expectations with a continued drive to exceed expectations • Collaborating with the program team to ensure efficient client repapering using data insights • Representing the team as the Data Analyst Specialist on your assigned projects • Owning your role and feeling empowered to escalate when support is needed to remove obstacles to success
Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities: • Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree • Proven ability to independently identify issues, analyze problems, and provide viable data solutions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Time management and organizational skills • Experience in financial services, if possible Corporate/Commercial Banking • Excellent attention to detail • Strong focus on internal collaboration and process optimization • Experience with Alteryx and advanced Excel skills
Day to day you will be:
Owning the research, creation, validation and negotiation oversight of client documentation for account opening.
Leverage critical thinking skills to customize, streamline, and solution account and documentation needs
Managing client and internal expectations with a continued drive to exceed expectations
Interacting with clients, answering client questions and working with clients to minimize documentation requirements
Representing the team as the Documentation Specialist on your assigned implementations
Collaborate with team and internal partners (Legal, Service, Sales, KYC) to deliver a seamless client onboarding experience
Owning your role and feeling empowered to escalate when support is needed to remove obstacles to success
