What You'll Do
As a security professional, you will play an integral role in a dynamic Security team. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with government, customer, and company security policies and procedures, including DoD Manual 5205.07 Vol 1-4, 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), DoD 5105.21 Vol 1-3, DoDI 5200.01, DoDI 5205.11, Risk Management Framework (NIST 800-53, JSIG), and related SCI/DoD manuals and directives.
In this role, you will lead and mentor a small team of security professionals while serving as a CPSO/CSSO. You will ensure programs and personnel operate efficiently, comply with regulations, and proactively address security challenges. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of security experience, excel in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
The Day-to-Day:
Manage oversight and implementation of contractual security requirements for assigned programs.
Provide leadership, guidance, and professional development for team members.
Establish team objectives and milestones to align with business goals while ensuring compliance.
Oversee a diverse portfolio of security responsibilities and mentor team members.
Prepare and implement DD-254s for prime and subcontracting activities.
Maintain document control, including destruction, inventory, and accountability.
Process clearance and access requests (PARs), PSQs, and SCI clearance requests.
Administer SAP/SCI SETA programs, including indoctrinations, briefings, debriefings, and training.
Support visitor control and meeting coordination.
Lead incident investigations and responses.
Conduct self-inspections and implement corrective action plans.
Maintain the physical security of ICD 705 spaces, including support for new builds and de-accreditations.
Assist ISSM/ISSO with RMF compliance and Authority to Operate (ATO) activities, including equipment control, sanitization, and security policy development.
Develop and implement SOPs and local procedures to ensure compliance, consistency, and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams, including HR, IT Security, Contracts, and Legal, on Insider Threat, OPSEC, and Program Protection initiatives.
What You'll Need:
US Citizenship with an active Top Secret Clearance.
Minimum of 6+ years of experience working with SAP and SCI programs.
Strong understanding of DoD Manual 5205.07 Vol 1-4, 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM, ICDs, DoDI 5105.21 Vol 1-3, and RMF standards (NIST 800-53, JSIG).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
