LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our client, who is a leading global business services provider. This role is pivotal in supporting treasury operations, go-to banking expert, expense and cash management. The ideal candidate will excel in problem-solving, communication with senior leaders, and lead transformational change.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily treasury operations, including cash movements, wires, payment exceptions, and handling issues for various operating companies
Lead the integration of treasury functions during M&A, developing and executing banking transition plans, building relationships with newly acquired businesses
Enhance operational efficiency through automation and technology, recommending and implementing new software solutions
Develop and implement a direct cash flow forecast, projecting cash needs for mergers and acquisitions, debt repayment, share repurchases, and other strategic initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate finance and accounting teams, operating company finance leaders, and external banking partners
Support compliance and SOX controls by preparing documentation, reviewing, and addressing auditor inquiries
Manage departmental policies and documentation, ensuring proper training on key daily processes
Perform ad hoc treasury analysis and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, banking, treasury
Proficiency with banking portals, payments, and financial markets terminology
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop robust relationships internally and externally
Demonstrated project leadership from scope to completion
