Job Description:

Capax RM are working with a leading provider of innovative electrical systems and solutions, who are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior NetSuite Administrator to join their dynamic team. This pivotal role ensures the organization's NetSuite platform is optimized to support business processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • NetSuite Administration: Serve as the primary NetSuite expert, responsible for day-to-day platform management, including configurations, updates, workflows, saved searches, and dashboards.
  • Customization & Optimization: Design and implement customizations, scripts, workflows, and integrations to align with business needs.
  • System Enhancements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and develop scalable solutions to improve ERP processes and reporting.
  • User Support & Training: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to internal stakeholders, ensuring effective use of NetSuite capabilities.
  • Data Management: Oversee data integrity, imports/exports, and system audits to maintain accurate and reliable information.
  • Vendor & Integration Management: Work closely with third-party vendors, consultants, and IT teams to maintain integrations with other platforms (e.g., CRM, HRIS, inventory systems).
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies, implementing best practices for security, governance, and system performance.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of NetSuite administration, with a proven track record in ERP implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk, with a strong understanding of NetSuite modules, including financials, inventory, CRM, and manufacturing.
  • Certifications: NetSuite Administrator or ERP Consultant certification preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
