We are seeking Supervisor and/or Manager level candidates to join the food manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have significant spray drying experience ranging from knowing how to operate or direct the operation of a spray dryer to supervising or managing spray drying operations or supporting functions. We are looking to strengthen our leadership team by adding technical and leadership skills to the team. The particular role and career path are open and dependent on the capabilities and interests of a candidate who would be a good fit to join our company for the long haul. Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within food manufacturing, specifically with spray drying technology
In-depth knowledge of spray drying processes and equipment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to spray drying
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Advanced Certifications in Food Processing, Quality Management, or related areas are a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within food manufacturing, with hands-on expertise in spray drying technology.
Proven track record of managing spray drying processes, particularly in the production of food powders.
Experience with optimising production processes and improving efficiency in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), and other food safety regulations.
Previous experience in managing teams, including training, performance management, and enforcing safety standards
