  • Develop and promote the resort's restaurant image within the local community.
  • Control food, beverage, and operational costs while identifying ways to minimize waste.
  • Produce detailed financial reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenditures.
  • Promote teamwork and uplift staff during peak periods to maintain smooth, high-quality operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Food & Beverage leadership experience, preferably in a seasonal resort environment.
  • Proven ability to lead in both Front and Back of House operations.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a track record of managing guest satisfaction.
  • Extensive food and beverage expertise, including menu knowledge and industry trends.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to manage and inspire a diverse team.
  • A keen understanding of financial reporting and cost management in seasonal operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or Culinary Arts is a plus.

Why Join Us: This is your opportunity to shine as a Director of Restaurants in a prestigious oceanfront setting in Cape May, NJ. Lead a team in one of the area's most iconic destinations and have a direct impact on delivering unforgettable dining experiences. With a strong, supportive team and remarkable venue, this is your chance to lead a sophisticated culinary program while advancing your hospitality career.
