Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to primarily support our Managing Partner and manage our Oklahoma City office. The ideal candidate will also handle travel arrangements, schedules, events, meetings, corporate retreats, and provide support to other partners within the group. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will manage social media activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Partner, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence.
Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Oklahoma City office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for the Managing Partner and other partners as needed.
Event Planning: Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and retreats, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly.
Partner Support: Assist other partners within the group with various administrative tasks and projects.
Social Media Management: Manage and update the company's social media accounts, creating engaging content and maintaining a strong online presence.
Project Management: Oversee special projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the Managing Partner and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and social media platforms.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Knowledge of Acorn Capital Management's mission and operations is a plus.
Team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach.
