The role supports the growth and development of the Professional Services organization by acting as a liaison among Delivery Leaders for resource management across all work.
Key duties include/ Resource Coordination:
Support resource booking confirmation, conflict resolution, and develop solutions to meet business goals.
Provision resources in various systems for both active and pipeline engagements.
Monitor and ensure project assignments are accurate and complete.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Assist with data input and create reports to justify current and future headcount.
Receive, analyze, and report weekly utilization for the Resource Management team.
Resource Gap Management:
Assess current resourcing plans to identify gaps or improvements for future needs.
Resolve resource allocation issues and maximize utilization and profitability.
Process Improvement:
Identify and resolve resourcing or process issues, recommending improvements as needed.
Enforce proper procedures for resource requests and maintain up-to-date documentation.
Operational Documentation:
Write, create, and update detailed operational procedures and documents.
Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and product descriptions for resource management tools and processes.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree or six or more years of relevant work experience.
Preferred: Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP).
Desired Skills:
Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP): Preferred certification.
Professional Services experience.
Highly analytical with attention to detail and accuracy.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Top Must-Have Skills:
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
