Responsibilities
Proactively assist Project Managers with the workflow, communication, and reporting for multiple projects.
Interface with the project delivery team to ensure timeliness and thoroughness of delivery.
Assist in the formatting, preparation, and proofreading of documents for proposals, internal and external reports, and other related documents.
Coordinate meeting schedules and travel arrangements for Partners, and clients/candidates; assisting with day-to-day activities and other general office duties.
Proactively maintain calendars, phone and email communications as requested.
Enter and update the candidate database and file share system.
Provide support to other teams on an as-needed basis.
Maintain, update, and improve marketing efforts inclusive of social media, website, and business development.
Assist with vendor management, IT troubleshooting, internal event planning, and supply ordering.
Ideal Experience
Bachelor's degree required.
A minimum of three years supporting a busy team in a professional services organization.
Proven ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills; ability to prioritize one's work (billable/business development work first, internal work second, any other projects last).
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Experienced with CRM platforms.
