Your Role:
As a Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale construction projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for projects.
Collaborate with field teams to ensure robust safety plans tailored to project needs.
Serve as the main liaison with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to align goals and objectives.
Coordinate contract deliverables, quality testing, and reporting requirements with Pre-Construction and Field Supervision teams.
Design staging, logistics, and phasing plans to streamline project workflows.
Oversee subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and performance.
Manage project startup, including permitting, mobilization, and team onboarding.
Lead project scheduling, updates, and regular coordination meetings.
Drive quality control and safety compliance across all phases of the project.
Monitor budgets, labor forecasts, and material/equipment expenditures.
Oversee project closeout processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
Mentor and guide assistant project managers and interns, helping them grow their careers.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (Or relevant experience).
At least 4 years of construction experience, with expertise in managing complex projects.
Familiarity with architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical construction.
Proficiency in project management software like Prolog or equivalent systems.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
