About the Position:
This newly created position in Arcadia plays a vital part in ensuring our data is clean and serviceable. Being part of the Information Technology team, you support operations by monitoring and analyzing master data, key data, and master relationship data within the organization. You ensure master data integrity in key systems as well as maintain processes and projects to support overall master data quality.
Essential Functions
Governance
Ensure integrity of master data in key systems as well as maintaining and documenting the processes and projects to support ongoing data governance and data integrity.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and data stewards to implement data strategy, policies, controls, and programs that ensure the accuracy, completeness, security, and reliability of enterprise master data.
Participate in projects that involve upstream or downstream data flows and processes.
Work with business partners to gather and understand functional requirements across the enterprise.
Improvement
Assist in identifying areas for data quality and data integrity improvement.
Help to identify and resolve data quality issues through the appropriate analysis, correction identification, process control, and improvement.
Provide data consulting in support of business and information technology initiatives to improve master data management.
Work with functional business unit team members to identify master data related improvement.
Analysis
Analyze and present data initiative issues and provides potential solution required to best meet internal and customer requirements while adhering to published data standards.
Perform data audits to identify data cleansing opportunities to ensure data quality by identifying obsolete, duplicate, and un-used data.
Analyze processes and procedures for automation implementation.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management or relevant technical field.
5+ years' experience in Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or similar manufacturing environment
3+ years' experience in Data Analysis, Data Science, Data Presentation Architecture and/or Statistics
2+ years' experience with Oracle Cloud PLM software and/or similar ERP systems.
2+ years' experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Tableau (or related)
Solid knowledge and prior experience in applying advanced analytical, statistical, or modeling techniques to solve real-world business problems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Knowledge of Master Data Management, data integration, dimensional modeling, enterprise reporting and analysis, as well as demonstrated experience in data quality, data lineage and data process management.
Familiarity with up-to-date project management and master data management methods and frameworks
Capable of working with large data sets (100,000-500,000), using tools such as MS Excel, Python and/or PowerBI
Highly Qualified Candidates will have:
7+ years' experience in Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or similar manufacturing environment
5+ years' experience Master Data Analysis
4+ years' experience in a large, multiple data source environment
4+ Years' experience with automation building, functionality, concepts (ex. Python etc.) Experience with Microsoft Dynamics365
Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving, particularly in navigating challenges associated with complex MDM projects
A strong problem-solver and creative thinker who can think innovatively and structurally to come up with solutions to complex problems with data standards and governance
