Our industry-leading pharmaceutical client is seeking a Project Manager with CLM implementation experience. This is a remote position but requires onsite attendance in Boston MA quarterly.

Rate: $80 - $100 / hr. W2
The role requires deep experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), specifically with the Icertis tool. While experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is a plus, it is not a strict requirement. The candidate should have a track record of multiple CLM implementations, not just one. Although direct experience with Icertis is highly preferred, they would be open to seeing candidates with large scale internal CLM implementation work.

Experience Requirements
A minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Management
Demonstrated proficiency in managing large-scale, complex projects
Experience managing Information Technology projects for the benefit of the Sourcing/Procurement, Legal and Finance business functions/areas
Experience implementing enterprise-wide technology changes related to the contract lifecycle and engagement of healthcare organizations/providers
Demonstrated leadership presence and drive, resourcefulness, reliability and accountability including ability to hold others accountable for successful project delivery
Excellent presentation skills and ability to clearly and succinctly express ideas
Experience facilitating project meetings and effectively and respectfully holding team members accountable for status, deliverables and the timely escalation of blockers
Unfailing commitment to representing project status in an accurate and timely manner, weekly or in near real time when changes occur
Successful history of managing collaborative projects with vendors and packaged software
Experience with high-growth stage and biotechnology companies
Agile CSM, PSM or similar certification and direct experience
PMP certification
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
