We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Identity and Access Management Developer to join our Fortune 500 client's team. This candidate will collaborate with key business units, developers, and security engineers to help shape the future of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program. The successful candidate will architect, support, and develop improvements to all identity-related aspects within a DevOps model.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key business units, developers, and security engineers to design and enhance the Identity and Access Management Program.
Architect, support, and implement improvements to identity-related systems and processes.
Responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to identify software defects and validate functionality
Work within a DevOps model to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain full-stack applications, focusing on both front-end and back-end components.
Ensure the security and reliability of identity management systems.
Qualifications
At least 4 years of professional software engineering, debugging, analysis, and software documentation experience.
Expertise in full stack development.
3+ years of experience with front end development in modern technologies like REACT, JavaScript, Node JS, required.
Expertise in backend development (e.g., My SQL, Java Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, Python).
Proficiency in developing cloud-based, dockerized applications and microservices
Experience with Agile methodologies/DevOps environment including CI/CD pipelines.
Basic understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
Advanced programming skills.
Ability to explain technical solutions to technical teams.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction.
Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
