Position Overview
As a Level 1 Help Desk Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance. Based in our office, you'll work in a collaborative and supportive environment where you can grow your skills and make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls from our clients needing support
Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote tools.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Document support requests, solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
Assist with workstation setups, user account management, and basic maintenance tasks.
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
A minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related technical role is required.
Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Previous IT experience or relevant coursework is a plus but not required.
