Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in the search for an ERP Systems Analyst to join their team in the Elkhart, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for a mix of technical support, project work, and working with end users.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify the need for customizations and enhancements
Consult end users to gather requirements and collaborate with developers
Resolve technical issues related to the ERP functionality
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations
Ensure system integrity
Develop and maintain technical documentation for customizations and processes
Provide user training and support
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience with an ERP in a manufacturing environment
Experience running SQL queries
Experience managing and troubleshooting data in a SQL database
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree
Experience with CPQ software
SOX experience or experience with annual audits and adherence to General Controls (ITGC's)
