We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Creatio Product Owner to lead and drive the technical and business processes related to our Creatio platform. This role is perfect for someone with a strong understanding of low-code/no-code platforms, a hands-on approach to managing product backlogs, and the ability to bridge technical and business needs seamlessly. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience with Creatio and a proven track record of supporting business implementations through collaboration with IT teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary owner and champion of the Creatio platform, driving adoption and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with technical and business requirements.
Provide training and guidance to teams on the effective use of the Creatio platform.
Dive into the platform's technical aspects as needed to support customization, configurations, and process optimization.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement and refine workflows, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Gather, document, and analyze requirements from stakeholders to develop functional solutions.
Support the integration of Creatio with other systems and platforms.
Stay updated on Creatio's new features and releases, and recommend enhancements to optimize platform usage.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of hands-on experience with the Creatio platform (low-code/no-code environment).
Strong understanding of low-code application development principles and the ability to work within the platform's technical framework.
Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs, with a focus on business value and technical feasibility.
Ability to provide training and technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to collaborate with IT teams and business users to support system implementations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with business process modeling and workflow optimization.
Background in IT or related technical roles is a plus (development experience not required).
Certification or advanced training in Creatio is a bonus.
