BlueWater Federal is looking for a Network Specialist-Customer Outreach to support the DISA CP program at Whitehall.
Responsibilities
Enter the service request details into DISA Storefront (DSF) to initiate a telecommunications request.
Perform customer interaction with exceptional service before/after DISA Storefront (DSF) entry.
Engage with the customer to provide assistance if the service request is incomplete or requirements are unclear.
Qualifications
Associate's degree is preferred
2+ years of IT experience, preferably within telecom provisioning
Must have an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one. US Citizenship is required.
