Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Healthcare, or related required.
Must have 5 +years of healthcare IT experience with a knowledge of clinical systems.
3+ years of Business Analysis and/or Project Management specific to Enterprise Health Records (EHR) or Information Technology Implementation preferred.
A combination of education and experience may be substituted for requirements.
Radiology systems background desired. E
pic Certification (Radiant or other) desired or must obtain Epic training as outlined by program requirement.
Experience providing customer and/or end user support, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong ability to provide excellent customer support, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Knowledge of clinical workflows, especially related to imaging, preferred.
Ability to effectively translate business requirements to functional requirements.
Ability to successfully negotiate and collaborate with others of different skill sets, backgrounds and levels within and external to the organization.
Possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with cross functional teams including staff at all levels of the organization including both technical and non-technical personnel.
Strong administrative, analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and facilitation and presentation skills.
Ability to effectively conduct meetings, both formal and informal including departmental and clinical user meetings.
Requires minimal direction from leadership and possesses the ability to learn quickly.
Ability to successfully negotiate and collaborate with others of different skill sets, backgrounds and levels within and external to the organization.
Strong PC skills required with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and Visio preferred.
