The position is expected to lead an Agile line to optimize value delivered. The ideal candidates should be knowledgeable in multiple Agile methodologies, Lean and DevOps principles. Verbal and written communication skills along with servant leadership, organization, and facilitation with a willingness to learn and grow with the team is expected.
Ability to establish a data-driven culture and a repeatable, structured, and disciplined agile approach while eliminating delays, improving quality, reducing cost and improving / maintaining team happiness.
Strong relationship building and skills rooted in identifying, implementing, and executing key agile processes and practices is essential in this role.
Ability to coach teams to surface bottlenecks, identify contributing factors, and employ various continuous improvement techniques to drive improvement.
Conduct a positive attitude, passion and the ability to lead, learn, and grow above all.
Possess strong interpersonal skills, including excellent communication and listening skills that allow for a strong generative team culture and psychological safety.
Provide visibility for clear priorities updated regularly, dependency management, WIP limits to maximize velocity, clear timeboxed goals, and continuous improvement for the health of the product.
Collaborate with multiple roles to allow for the smooth flow of work from intake through operations.
Skills:
Knowledge on Guidewire Insurance Now, Java, API technologies will be a plus
Certifications in any of the following is a plus; CSM, PMI Agile Scrum, SAFe Scrum Master
Results demonstrating Lean leadership and progressing DevOps journeys.
