As we continue to expand our operations worldwide, we are seeking a skilled IT Operations Analyst to join our team.

Overview

Rhino USA is seeking an innovative IT Operations Analyst to OWN, lead, and enhance the technical infrastructure supporting our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing ERP systems, cloud technologies like AWS, modern system integrations (EDI/API), alongside a passion for leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) tools to drive operational efficiency. This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless IT workflows, managing system configurations, organizing/optimizing the company's tech stack, and staying ahead of emerging technology trends to support the company's growth.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

ERP System Management:
  • Oversee the technical setup, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems to meet evolving business needs.

Cloud & IT Infrastructure:
  • Manage and optimize cloud-based solutions, particularly on AWS, ensuring security, scalability, and high availability.

AI Integration & Utilization:
  • Implement and leverage AI tools to enhance workflows, automate routine tasks, and provide actionable insights across IT operations.

System Integration:
  • Lead the implementation of EDI and API connections to ensure seamless data exchange between internal systems and external partners.
  • Constantly monitor and update as needed to ensure zero downtime.

Team Collaboration:
  • Act as a liaison between IT and other departments, providing tailored technical solutions for e-commerce, retail, logistics, and operations.

Project Leadership:
  • Plan and execute IT initiatives, including system migrations, upgrades, and AI-driven enhancements, ensuring timely delivery.

Performance Monitoring:
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues while optimizing for performance and efficiency.
  • Utilize Monday.com to track and report on performance across the company.

Security & Compliance:
  • Ensure IT systems comply with security standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Vendor Management:
  • Oversee third-party providers for software, hardware, and cloud services, ensuring effective delivery and support.
  • Build relationships with key third party contacts to ensure timely support in urgent situations.

Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system architecture, workflows, AI utilization, and performance metrics for transparency and continuous improvement.
  • Update and maintain GURU knowledge base on an ongoing basis.

End-User Support:
  • Provide support for our Apple Mac base enterprise including management, deployments, maintenance, compliance, and security.
  • Execute and track the movement of assets to and from employees
  • Build/refine onboarding/off-boarding employee flows to ensure all technology based assets are accounted for, reclaimed/distributed effectively.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience managing ERP systems, including setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Strong experience with AWS, EDI/API integrations, and IT workflow optimization.
  • Proven ability to identify, implement, and utilize AI-driven tools in an IT setting.
  • Familiarity with workflow platforms such as Monday.com, Extensiv (Skubana), Fulfil and related tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to solving technical challenges.
  • Demonstrated project management expertise with the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute multiple initiatives.
  • A passion for emerging technologies, particularly in AI and its applications in IT operations.
  • A highly curious and innovative mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Passion or interest in powersports and/or outdoor supply industry
  • Entrepreneurial spirit a plus
