Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated IT Desktop Support Technician to join our client's Level-2 support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing hardware and software support for both MAC and PC environments, as well as experience with SCCM, JAMF, Office365, and Adobe applications. This role involves overseeing inventory management and supporting AI integrations with office products.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with users and providing timely resolutions.
Evaluate and manage end user issues, escalating to management as necessary.
Collaborate with IT teams for effective issue resolution and feedback.
Provide comprehensive desktop support for MAC and PC users.
