Job Summary: The IT Support Specialist provides advanced IT support, manages client IT infrastructures, troubleshoots complex issues, implements new technologies, and ensures high client satisfaction. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to handle multiple clients' IT needs in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate would multiple years of combined IT Support/Service Desk/Desktop experience in an MSP technical environment. Providing support to various clients remotely (90%) as well as experience onsite when needed (10%). Experience with MSP tools is a great addition to various hardware, network performance, configuration of VPNs and other network devices, cyber security and MS 365 is desired.
Requirements:
4-5 years of experience working in an MSP technical environment.
Experience as an IT Specialist providing remote & onsite support.
Experience with MSP tools, such as ConnectWise PSA and NinjaRMM.
Technical skills supporting various applications & hardware, including:
Windows Server operating systems
Fortinet firewalls and switches
Ring Central cloud-hosted PBX
Microsoft 365
Netgear switches and Wi-Fi
Dell Server hardware
Bitdefender Security platform for endpoints
Networking protocols and technologies (i.e., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
