Required: 10 Years of project management EXP (PMP/PMI/ITIL 4)
Clearance: Ability to secure favorable adjudication of a SECRET level clearance.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead major IT assignments and projects.
Apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments.
Recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
Act as a programmatic expert across multiple projects.
Liaise between business and technical aspects of projects.
Plan project stages and assess business implications.
Monitor progress to meet deadlines, standards, and cost targets.
Perform complex independent tasks and may supervise others.
Manage and direct large multi-disciplinary IT support groups.
Develop and lead complex IT program plans, resolve problems, interface with support groups, prepare requests, manage subcontractors, and execute business plans.
Organize and direct work and personnel to achieve objectives.
Address complaints and resolve problems related to TO PWS requirements.
Perform other duties as required.
Required Job Experience:
10 years of Program Management Experience:
Provide technical guidance and assessments of software and hardware.
Develop and maintain IT contracts, budgets, funding, and procurement activities.
Provide cradle-to-grave project management services.
Manage departmental projects including IT facilities, telecommunications, end-user devices, hardware/software implementation, cybersecurity, networking, and IT infrastructure.
Coordinate and assign project tasks.
Plan project stages and assess business implications.
10 years of Project Management Experience:
Coordinate, stand-up, communicate, closeout, review, data gathering, data entry, and briefings for IT facilities, telecommunications, end-user devices, hardware, and software.
Update and maintain IT contracts, budgets, funding, and procurement activities.
Document, update, and track risks and issues.
Provide administrative support for status reporting, data gathering, report preparation, briefings, funding profiles, task lists, meeting logistics, and managing project risks and issues.
Research, review, document, and adhere to organizational processes and procedures.
Support technical staff and liaise between business and technical aspects of projects.
Oversee project/program deliverables and government requests.
Manage project/program performance and initiatives.
Monitor progress to meet deadlines, standards, and cost targets.
Participate in internal and external meetings directed by the government.
12 months of Project Management Information System (PMIS) experience:
Utilize SharePoint or similar systems to monitor and track project status.
Preferred Experience:
Program and Project Management experience related to Military Health Systems (MHS), Defense Health Agency (DHA), Veterans Administration (VA), and/or Commercial Healthcare Systems.
Required Degree:
Master's degree.
