As the UAT Manager, you will be tasked with managing and coordinating every aspect of UAT for large scale complex change events that include development and integration across multiple technology and product domains.
Candidates for this role must have a proven track record in successfully managing UAT for large scale strategic change events where scope of the change was across multiple technology and product domains, as well as multiple business, operating units.
Responsibility & ownership of the following UAT components -
Testing Participants: Identify all stakeholders required to participate in UAT
Requirements Traceability
Script Development: Ensure test scripts are developed with an appropriate level of quantity and quality.
Data Sourcing
Schedule: Determine the UAT schedule defining the number of cycles required and scripts for users to run per cycle.
Defect Management: collect defects per cycle from testers and collaborate with management to determine actions plans and owners to remediate the defects.
Management Routines / Governance
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in project and program management, with experience leading UAT for large scale change events.
Experience in FinTech, B2B, Payments.
Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale change management within a complex, high-growth matrixed organization.
Experience with senior executives and ability to create and deliver executive level summary reports / presentations; ability to simplify complexity through story-telling.
Exposure to lean six sigma & ability to design optimal processes & operational procedures preferred
