Knowledge of a Database Technology (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle) and the ability to interpret schemas and/or author queries and stored procedures.
Ability to interpret and edit XML files
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
Strong time management, written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of various Software Development Methodologies (particularly Agile) and experience in all stages of the software development lifecycle is a plus
Experience with virtualization and cloud services such as Azure/AWS
Familiarity with the user of troubleshooting, diagnostic, and testing tools such as Fiddler, WireShark, PostMan, and SOAP UI
Working experience with release, change, configuration, and incident management
Working experience identifying and resolving application issues
