Pay rate: $26-26 Per HR on W2

Network Technician in Help Desk Support is responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users regarding network issues and configurations. This entry-level position requires strong customer service skills and a basic understanding of networking concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries about network connectivity and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic network issues via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Assist in the setup of user accounts and network access.
  • Document issues and resolutions in the help desk tracking system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
  • Experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
