Job Description:Our client is seeking a skilled IT Desktop Support Technician to join their Level-2 support team. This role involves providing hardware and software support for both MAC and PC environments, utilizing tools such as SCCM, JAMF, Office365, and Adobe applications. You will also be responsible for inventory management, supporting AI integrations, and resolving end-user issues related to software and network connectivity. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively with teams.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer-focused IT support for both MAC and PC users, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • Support the deployment and management of software using SCCM and JAMF.
  • Manage and maintain hardware and software inventory using ITAM tools and ensure accuracy.
  • Provide support for AI tools and integrations within office products.
  • Assist with mobile device configuration and troubleshooting (Android/iPhone).
  • Ensure timely resolution of service requests and incidents, meeting SLA targets.
  • Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure effective issue resolution and support.
  • Lead IT projects and initiatives as directed by management.

Must-Haves:
  • 5+ years of IT experience, preferably in desktop support.
  • Strong experience supporting both MAC and PC environments.
  • Expertise in Office365, including applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • Familiarity with SCCM, JAMF, and software deployment processes.
  • Inventory management experience using ITAM tools (e.g., PowerBI, JAMF, SCCM).
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Experience supporting AI integrations in office tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Azure AD and On-Prem AD administration.
  • Knowledge of anti-virus and malware protection solutions.
  • Familiarity with email client configuration (e.g., Microsoft Outlook).
  • Ability to configure and deploy mobile devices.
  • Experience working in a large, complex organization.
  • Leadership or project management experience.
  • Willingness to travel when necessary.
