Senior Systems Analyst - Infrastructure and Cloud Security Specialist - 529501249
Description of Services
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and resolve problems, analyze alternatives, and implement effective solutions.
Provide Windows and Linux operating system and application support.
Manage network facilities, hardware, software, security software, and performance monitoring tools.
Conduct project-related calls, including kick-offs, findings notifications, and process reviews.
Implement security measures to protect computer systems, networks, and data.
Stay updated on cybersecurity trends to anticipate breaches.
Conduct proactive research to identify and address threats, vulnerabilities, and exploits.
Ensure compliance with NIST standards, including NIST 800-37, NIST 800-53, and MARS-E controls.
Provide database support for Oracle, MSSQL, and Postgres.
Candidate Qualifications Required Experience:
8+ years of experience identifying and resolving issues with solutions.
8+ years of Windows and Linux OS/application support.
Proficiency with network facilities, hardware, software, and performance monitoring tools.
Expertise in conducting security-related tasks such as threat identification and remediation.
Experience implementing NIST standards and corrective action plans.
Strong communication skills for preparing reports and discussing security procedures.
Knowledge of Oracle, MSSQL, and Postgres databases.
Preferred Experience:
5+ years with Archer GRC, Dynatrace, Splunk, and other security tools.
Experience training staff on network and security procedures.
2+ years using ITIL methodology with ticketing tools like Remedy and ServiceNow.
