We have fast upcoming roles for 100+ professionals across IT, SW & Systems Engineers, Architects, CSAs, DBAs, BI & Data across all levels: JR, MID, SR & SME supporting Agile adaptation and implementation of industry leading approaches to the highest levels of DoD architecture.

REQUREMENTS:

MINIMUM Active DoD Secret Clearance Required. Some roles will require Top Secret/SCI.

Many roles located within 2 hours of greater Alington, VA, for hybrid work and occasional onsite visits. Some roles may be approved to work remote.

ROLE:

7 Program Management Office (PMO) Management Analysts-

Journeyman (3YoE), SR (5YoE), Subject Matter Expert (SME) (7+YoE):

Conducts organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, work simplification and measurement studies.

Prepares operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.

Analyzes business or operating procedures to devise most efficient methods of accomplishing work.

Plans study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis.

Collects and organizes information on problem or procedures including present operating procedures.

Analyzes data gathered, develops information and considers available solutions or alternate methods of proceeding.

Organizes and documents findings of studies and prepares recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures or organizational changes.

Confers with personnel concerned to assure smooth functioning of newly implemented systems or procedure.

Provides agile support as needed across the enterprise platform, utilizing industry best practices.

Compensation DoE; Est $110K-$155k
