Duration: 6 month contract

What You'll Do

  • Define overall strategy and objectives for a portfolio of projects to create a cohesive program.
  • Communicate program strategy and objectives to project teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Sequence and link interdependent projects within the program, optimizing workflows and resources.
  • Identify common activities across projects to eliminate redundancy and drive efficiency.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams, integrating cross-disciplinary teams to achieve program objectives.
  • Consolidate and report on milestones, risks, issues, and decisions to Project Sponsors and the Steering Committee.
  • Implement mechanisms and tools to measure and track program benefits.
What You Need to Have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 10+ years' experience as a Program Manager, leading programs through full lifecycle management.
  • 2+ years' experience managing or contributing significantly to corporate programs (including systems projects).
  • 5+ years of business experience, with a preference for broker-dealer or investment firm environments.
  • Proven expertise in building and managing program forecasts and budgets.
  • Experience managing multiple projects of varying sizes simultaneously.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of resource planning to secure necessary talent and tools.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide teams toward successful implementation or launch.
  • Expertise in managing high-complexity programs with measurable success metrics.
