What You'll Do
Define overall strategy and objectives for a portfolio of projects to create a cohesive program.
Communicate program strategy and objectives to project teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Sequence and link interdependent projects within the program, optimizing workflows and resources.
Identify common activities across projects to eliminate redundancy and drive efficiency.
Coordinate multiple workstreams, integrating cross-disciplinary teams to achieve program objectives.
Consolidate and report on milestones, risks, issues, and decisions to Project Sponsors and the Steering Committee.
Implement mechanisms and tools to measure and track program benefits.
What You Need to Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
10+ years' experience as a Program Manager, leading programs through full lifecycle management.
2+ years' experience managing or contributing significantly to corporate programs (including systems projects).
5+ years of business experience, with a preference for broker-dealer or investment firm environments.
Proven expertise in building and managing program forecasts and budgets.
Experience managing multiple projects of varying sizes simultaneously.
Comprehensive knowledge of resource planning to secure necessary talent and tools.
Strong leadership skills to guide teams toward successful implementation or launch.
Expertise in managing high-complexity programs with measurable success metrics.
