Leadership and Strategy:

Drive contractual negotiations and vendor program participation to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Evaluate and restructure the IT department to enhance operational efficiency.
Solution Ownership:
Lead the development and deployment of infrastructure automation tools to streamline processes and increase productivity.
Design, implement, and oversee monitoring solutions for robust performance assessment of IT infrastructure.

Operational Excellence:
Lead and support a team of Systems and Cloud engineers managing VMware, Cisco, Pure Storage, AWS, and other platforms.
Maintain and optimize Microsoft Exchange in a hybrid on-premise/O365 environment.
Oversee Active Directory design, structure, and global maintenance.
Collaborate with IT teams to solve complex systems and cloud challenges, delivering high-impact results.
Ensure effective inventory management for software licenses, hardware, and IT supplies.
